Where do you ship to?

We ship all of our goods worldwide, we use well known international carriers to ensure your order gets to you securely.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes shipping on all orders is absolutely FREE. All shipping estimates provided at checkout are based on average shipping times to your destination, however there are multiple factors which may influence delivery times stretching beyond the estimates provided at checkout. Due to this please allow 1-7 days for the delivery (during busy holiday periods e.g Christmas holidays please allow the maximum estimated time).

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on top of my order?

There is almost a zero chance that your order will have any additional fees added after you have paid for your item and it has been shipped, however in the extremely rare chance that this may happen we are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your order in the destination country, these are fully the responsibility of the buyer.

I haven’t received my order yet, what shall I do?

Please contact info@brandless.amsterdam  and we will be more than happy to update you on the progress of your order and estimated delivery date.

I have just received my garment and it has arrived damaged, what shall i do?

Please contact info@brandless.amsterdam and we will immediately resolve any issues.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accept on all items for any reason, as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. Please contactinfo@brandless.amsterdam to arrange your return.

We accept secure payment through Paypal, IDEAL and accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.

Do you accept Western Union or bank transfers?
